Rumour : Airtight Games working on a new AAA project

Our source tells us that Airtight Games, the studio which made the rather “forgettable” Dark Void has got a new lease of life. Inspite of their failure with Dark Void, the developers are currently working on a new AAA TPS title for a major third party publisher. Apparently Air Tight games were chosen to develop a already planned AAA title by the publisher. No further details regarding what the project might be or when it is supposed to release are available right now.

It is commendable on the part of the publisher to dare to give Air Tight games the responsibility of handling a AAA title even after their miserable last outing. It would be interesting to see how they manage to fare this time around. We will keep you updated regarding this and let you know when there is a official announcement of this new project.
