Battlefield 3 ‘offers so much more than Call of Duty’ – DICE

Electronic Arts have been known for the public digs and bashing of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, when compared to their shooter Battlefield 3. Now, the developer of the shooter DICE has done the same by saying the game offers much more than its Infinity Ward counterpart.

Battlefield 3 producer Patrick Liu said to Gamasutra:

It feels good. They’re behemoths, and just the notion that we would be able to take a chunk from their gamers is awesome. They’re both military shooters, but in terms of flavour and style they’re different. But we offer so much more than they do, I think; but that’s me.

Activision and its developers working on Modern Warfare 3, meanwhile, stay mum on any potential bashing of their main competition.
