Battlefield 3: Which Version Did Critics Like The Most?

Battlefield 3 is out now in the US and releasing tomorrow in the UK. Almost every major publication has now come up with their reviews for the title, spanning across the three platforms. So, which version of the game was the most well received out of the three, and which fared the most poorly?
According to Metacritic, the PC version of Battlefield 3 managed to surpass it console counterpart’s review scores by a huge margin, and is currently sitting comfortably at a metascore of 91.
Among the console versions, the PlayStation 3 version is currently sitting 4 points above its Xbox 360 counterpart, at a well deserved meta-score of 86 compared to another solid 82 for the Xbox 360 version of the game.
Interestingly, the PC version has 27 critic reviews registered on Metacritic right now, compared to only 12 for the PS3 version, and 13 for the Xbox 360 one. This is mostly because EA allowed outlets to publish the PC reviews of the title sooner than the console ones. What this means is, although there is little chance for the PC meta score to fluctuate, you can expect the console meta scores to change, and probably dip further as more reviews starts to get registered.
For comparison’s sake, Battlefield 3 managed to score three perfect scores on the PC version, while it only managed to get a score of 93 as the highest one for both the PS3, and Xbox 360 version, both of which came from Game Informer.
The lowest registered PC score was 75 and came from Destructoid, while the PS3′s version lowest score came from Gamepro, which gave it only a 7. The 360 version fared even worse, getting a hattrick of 7s from three different outlets.
Dice has been facing a lot of criticism regarding its new Battlelog service, and it seems their meta score might not be one, which they were targeting for. Have you bought the game yet? Do you like it? Do let us know below. You can watch the launch trailer below.
