Beastie Boys and James Brown DLC announced for Rock Band store

The Rock Band store will be receiving a couple of new tracks to test your mettle on some funky fresh new beats.

The headliners include Beastie Boys’ No Sleep till Brooklyn and Make Some Noise as well as James Browns’ Super Bad, Pts. 1 & 2.Topping off the update are Heart’s Barracuda and Rufus’ Tell Me Something Good (feat. Chaka Khan).

Like the rest of the tracks in the store, the songs will be going for 200 Wii Points/160 MS Points each. Super Bad and Barracuda also have an optional Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansion for an additional 100 Wii Points/80 MS Points.

The songs will be available August 2, so get those fret fingers ready.
