Crysis 2 and 3DS launch modifies UK sales charts

The launch of the first ever 3D handheld console, Nintendo 3DS and the second iteration in the Crysis series have caused quiet a stir in the UK game sales charts.

Crysis 2 has taken up the top spot in the list while pushing down Homefront (last week’s winner) to third place. Its sales have been divided among various platforms as: 57% Xbox 360, 29% PS3 and 14% PC.

Also, the 3DS has helped Super Street Fighter IV 3D, Pilotwings Resort and Rayman 3D to make their ways into the bestsellers’ list for the week.
