Final Fantasy XIII gets XBOX360 bundle

Square-Enix’s JRPG follows in the footsteps of Mass Effect 2, Forza 3 and Modern Warfare 2.

Super-Elite-FFXIII-bundle

Microsoft confirmed that US and EU territories will see Final Fantasy XIII bundled with the 120GB and 250GB Elite and Super Elite XBOX 360s. The bundles are expected to release on March 9, and the 250GB bundle will retail for $399 in the US and EU. The bundle will contain the console, two wireless controllers, a 250GB HDD, a wireless headset and a copy of the game, along with a faceplate designed by Tetsuya Nomura for anyone who pre-orders.

Meanwhile, the 120GB edition will contain the console, one wireless controller, a 120GB HDD and a copy of the game and will release exclusively across EU territories.

Microsoft also confirmed that there will be an exclusive DLC in the bundles, but it’s rumoured to be just gear for your XBOX Live Avatar.

Final Fantasy XIII is scheduled for release on March 9th on the Playstation 3 and XBOX 360 consoles.
