Closing Comments
Much has been said about the apparent negatives of FFXIII, and that it’s not a traditional Final Fantasy game. But really, is there such a thing as a “traditional Final Fantasy game� To a franchise that has strived to re-invent itself with every entry, be it for better or for worse, XIII is a very worthy addition. It’s visually stunning, and boasts an immensely fun battle system. And while the story leaves a lot to be desired, the positives more than make up for it.
