Closing Comments
Lost Planet 2 is potential squandered away left and right. Great looking bosses who are no fun to fight, beautiful sceneries sequenced and interfaced like multiplayer levels, a punishing retry system and frustrating gameplay – all these are time-bombs which will time out your patience and ultimately make you hurl the controller at your TV (which we will love to be witness of in person!). Whatever hype it generated pre-release, Lost Planet 2 will mostly be lost as a black hole in the era of stellar game sequels and get erased from the memory of gamers as if it never existed.
