Homefront to re-release as an Ultimate Edition in Europe with a trimed down price tag

THQ has announced that Homefront will be re-released in the form of an Ultimate Edition on March 23rd in Europe. The Ultimat Edition will include the two previously released DLC packs for the game, namely : The Rock and Fire Sale, and also the 870 Express Shotgun which was previously only available as a preorder bonus. Best of all, is that the complete package will sell for a budget price of £19.99/€24.99.

Despite the more than average sales of the game, developer Kaos Studios was forced to shut down its doors. Fans need not worry though, as THQ has confirmed that a sequel is in the works over at Crytek, and is slated to release in the 2014 Fiscal year.
