I Prefer Playing Skyrim on Xbox 360 – Bethesda’s VP of PR, Platform Differences Explained

Bethesda Softwork’s Vice President of PR and Marketing, Pete Hines, has said he prefers the Xbox 360 as his platform of choice for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Hines has also explained the differences of the game’s PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions.
Speaking to Loki, Hines said (the translation is not the most accurate in some parts due to the site’s language):
I would probably take the 360 because I like the achievements, and because I like to sit on my couch. My PC is in my office all day and when I would sit at the PC, I no longer sit at my PC in the office and I do not want my PC in my small (living room). And as a result I will probably play on the 360…. I’ll probably play all three versions, but most probably on the 360, which is really my election (preferred) platform.
Hines was then asked the main platform differences for the RPG; while the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions don’t have any differences, the PC version inevitably differentiates itself:
Between the PS3 and 360 really are no differences, they play and controlled the same and look the same. On a PC, it really makes the scalability of your hardware. The better your hardware is, the more deep-reaching attitude can change their graphics. There are some advantages in the interface with respect to the fact that more items can be placed on speed dial keys and you have the Creation Kit. So you have the ability to create mods and mod created by fans to play, what does not work on consoles. I think those are the biggest differences.
The Elders Scroll: Skyrim releases on November 11 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
