Jaffe : Patcher was joking about new Twisted Metal game

Yesterday a huge buzz was created about Michael Patcher’s comment on  Gametrailers’ Bonus Round episode that David Jaffe was working on a new Twisted Metal game. Well according to Jaffe, the man was just trying to be funny.

He posted a tweet on his twitter profile regarding this bit of news -

“Amused & surprised people not seeing Pachter’s comment as the joke it was. Hell I don’t care. Come E3 I’ll be sitting rite here at my mac”

I would still not be 100% that it was a joke though, either that or Michael really sucks at making jokes. Whatever it is, if David is not “joking” about this, we wont be seeing him showcasing anything this E3, leave alone a new Twisted Metal game.

We will find out on June 15 which of these two guys is joking for sure. Stay tuned.
