SOCOM 4 for PS3 Announced

SOCOM 4 gets announced for the Playstation 3.

The wait is finally over guys, after the initial hints given by Geoff Knightly which was followed by the GTTV promo which confirmed that a new “surprise” sequel will be made for the Playstation 3 and it will get announced in their next episode of GTTV.  We finally know which game they were speaking about and what is really surprising is the fact that it didn’t even come from the new GTTV episode! Or do we?

David Epke (President SCEA, Netherlands) revealed the game in his twiiter feed much to the delight of fans. The game was revealed to be SOCOM 4 on the EU PS blog just now. It does come as a surprise, given that fact that SOCOM was mostly a PSP title till now.

However, one question remains unaswered and that is if the game which will be revealed in tommorow’s episode of GTTV is the same game or will it be another one? We think that it is the same one but we will only know for sure when the next episode of GTTV goes live tommrow.
