Killzone 3 teaser trailer was just revealed today by Guerilla Games showing off the brutal melee system in the game and we have to admit, it blew our minds. According to Aryeh Loeb producer of Guerrilla Games, a gameplay reveal will be shown soon, our guess is the Spike trailer on June 11th.
In addition to that, we came to know from him that they will be focusing on the story a lot more this time and we might actually get to play as the Helghasts and the melee system trailer was made from “ingame animations†which makes a strong case that you can do the same thing ingame, also the melee system will be context sensitive resulting in spectacular Helghast deaths animations. The game will also show the Helghast’s emotions and their stories a bit more this time around. Also he stated that the enemy A.I has been improved a lot and will react accordingly to the huge levels in Kz3 which are 10 times larger than Kz2, Jet pack combat will add a new dimension to the gameplay.
The person in the trailer was confirmed to be Sev and this time we have more gameplay options to choose from, the game will begin exactly where Killzone 2 ended which can only mean Sev and his gang is in big trouble.
