LittleBigPlanet 2 dated, gets collector’s ed

SCEA’s disclosed an November 16th release date for their PS3 exclusive – Little Big Planet 2. They also revealed a collector’s edition for the game.

The collector’s edition will feature:

• A copy of LBP2
• 7′ Sackboy plushie
• Exclusive LBP2 game ends – “keep your PS3 games in a tidy, organized and ‘Sack-ured’ within these unique bookends”
• A massive catalouge of pre-order DLC off various sties, including:Toy Story 3 Aliens costume, Tron: Legacy Clu costume, Muppets Great Gonzo costume, Ratchet and Clank costume and Even More Animals costumes: Crocodile, Vulture, Cobra, Mandrill
• Two costumes exclusive to the Collector’s Edition: Jak costume, Daxter costume
• Five LBP2 avatars for PSN

The LittleBigPlanet 2 Collector’s Edition will be available on November 16 at select retailers and will be priced at $79.99. Only a limited number of such editions will be produced.  So pre order soon to get your hands on one.
