Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games release date announced

Mark your calendars, Sega has announced the release date for Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The title will see the Italian-american plumber and Sega’s mascot take a run in the London Olympics 2012. Players will be able to choose from a roster of more than 20 characters available in the game, from both Sega’s and Nintendo’s house.

MSL2012 will be the third in the Mario and Sonic series and will be featuring horse riding and football among the newly-added playable events.

It will be out on November 18th for Nintendo Wii, though 3DS owners will have to wait until February 2012.
