Need for Speed World zooms into PC this July
Need for Speed:World, the latest installment in the acclaimed Need for Speed series is going live on 20th July 2010. Publisher Electronic Arts recently confirmed in a press release. Meaning from 20th July a free client will be available for download at www.world.needforspeed.com which will allow all progression through racing and career till level 10. After that gamers will have to shed £14.99 bucks to get a Starter Pack which will fetch them Speedboost of the same credit, full access upto level 50, many new “powerups†such as Traffic Magnet and fan favourite Nitrous along with an exclusive limited edition car. Also players will be to purchase items and tweeks like Double XP Periods. They can also rent exotic cars at few cents.
Co-Developed by EA Black Box and EA Singapore, NFS: World is the first Massively Multiplayer Online Racing Game (MMORG) in the NFS Series (since Motor City Online).
