New Battlefield 3 gameplay screens: Next-Gen visuals have arrived?

EA’s sent over some screengrabs from the recently released gameplay trailer for Battlefield 3 and needless to say, they look spectacular.

DICE have confirmed to Gamersmint that the footage shown in the trailer is actual gameplay footage which was captured in-game and contain no trickery.

Due to the blink and miss nature of the gameplay, you might not have been able to truly experience the visual power on offer but now, you can, after viewing these screenshots.

Battlefield 3 releases this fall for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
