New Mortal Kombat DLC character is none other than Freddy Krueger

Freddy Krueger will be taking a holiday from Elm Street and bringing his unique brand of nightmarish killing to the Mortal Kombat universe.

It seems like an unusual choice from Warner Bros., but if you watch the trailer that introduces Freddy he seems right at home as he slashes and burns the normal Mortal Kombat cast.
