No Hot Pursuit DLC for PC owners

The just announced DLC for NFS Hot Pursuit will not be available for PC users. EA has confirmed it.

The Super Sports pack which is slated to be released on December 21st, will only be enjoyed by the console owners. This DLC is a first for the best judged racing game at the VGA this year. The download-able extension will provide iterations of Porsche 911 GT2 RS, Gumpert Apollo S and Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport for the game.

Posting on the game’s official message boards, Criterion has confirmed the above news

“We have a limited amount of resources that makes it so that we are unable to deliver new content to all platforms, however we do have more updates and content on the way for PC players.”

Though, what the PC extension pack will contain is still to be found out but it is surely a disappointment for PC gamers.

Super Sports DLC will be available for Xbox LIVE (560 MSP) and PSN ($6.99) from December 21st. PSN EU will be getting this pack on the 22nd.
