Episode 2 – Bayonetta DOES NOT suck on the PS3!

It’s Episode 2! My, My…how much we’ve grown since those age old, episode 1 days. It’s been such a hectic week, we had trouble fitting in all the big news and games into one episode. On this episode we talk about:

  • Project Natal- Now 100% chip-less!
  • Halo Reach news blowout.
  • GT5, Splinter Cell and R.U.S.E delays.
  • Assassins Creed 3? 2010? Hmm…
  • Mario says,”Videogames worse than porn.”
  • What we’ve played – Bayonetta, and hey…it DOES NOT suck on the PS3! Believe!
  • Oversaturation of music games. Have we had enough of Guitar Hero/Rock Band?

    I only noticed a couple of times. It is Devil May Cry with a female makeover. The entire game plays like Devil May Cry down to the Alfheim missions and combo list. The only thing that makes it woth playing through more than once is trophy hunting and unlockables,and the loading isn’t as bothersome since you have aquired all of the items

    its funny how ppl are blantly saying stuff.. Yes the game is really close to DMC but its betters of DMC for starters.. DMC wasnt a bad game just so all of you know. we 5 ppl have given the podcast.. 3 of them have played the PS3 version and we are all hardcore games.. and none of the 3 minded the PS3 version.. so get over the petty load time issue. its not even closer to the DVD changing issue xbox 360 has.. and 360 gamers dont mind that. The combat is not simple and boring, the controls are very much the best and most responsive out there.. ppl have their opinions.. but its just hard to see ppl coming with so much hate when the game doesnt deserve it.. Its awesome and everyone should try it out.

    @ all: Bayonetta is a great game…with really really awesome combat. While its true that the X360 version is superior when it comes to load times and little pauses, the game on the Ps3 is not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. Having played versions I can assure you, if you have both consoles, go for the X360 version.

    But if you have just the Ps3, then dont hold out…Bayonetta is a brilliant game with really well done and deep combat. It deserves your attention…dont let the loading times bring you down…you will get used to it.

    Bayonetta on PS3 is a mixed bag of suck. The loading sucks for sure and the controls can be unresponsive at times. The frame stutters I only noticed a couple of times. It is Devil May Cry with a female makeover. The entire game plays like Devil May Cry down to the Alfheim missions and combo list. The only thing that makes it woth playing through more than once is trophy hunting and unlockables,and the loading isn’t as bothersome since you have aquired all of the items. You know a game is bad when it takes more than a split second to load the freakin’ pause menu.

    exactly.
    bayonetta on the ps3 does not suck, it sucks on either system though its certainly worse on the ps3.
    i seriously can not see whats in bayonetta seriously its a short game, the combat is simple and boring not to mention the missions and level design is boring and as original as mario kart!

    Stop lying Bayonetta PS3 really, really sucks. It is barely playable.
