Play for Japan: The Album Now Available on iTunes

Remember the Japanese Tsunami that happened in March? Many of us have probably pushed it to the back of our minds and no longer give it a second thought. Well, for the people of Japan, the Tsunami is still very much a reality and they still need the support of everyone around the world.
The video game industry answered the charitable calls, and have been supporting the relief effort in many creative ways. Now, Play for Japan, who have already raised over $120, 000, have released an album on iTunes to raise more money for the cause.
The album is made up of eighteen tracks, composed by various video game composers in the industry. It features the talents behind Silent Hill, Red Dead Redemption, Dead Space, and Final Fantasy to name just a few. The album costs $9.99 in the US and Canada, and £8.99 in the UK, and will be available in the rest of the world on the 15th July.
I’ve already downloaded my copy, and it’s a pretty good listen – made even better by the fact you’re doing a good deed in the process.
