Prey 2 details incoming

It looks like Prey 2, which has long been in hibernation might finally emerge from the shadows.

The cover of the next issue of the French magazine Joystick teases a first glimpse of the much awaited sequel.  Check out the cover below.

“Nobody was waiting – but it will change” is what the cover says.

The torch has passed from 3D Realms to Bethesda, as Zenimax had acquired the rights to the franchise back in 2009.

Prey which was released in 2006 was a vastly underrated shooter and was well deserving of your money. It was clear that the develeopers intended to establish a franchise with its unfinished ending. Considering that Bethesda is hard at work on Skyrim, it might take some time before this one sees the light of day.

Although Bethesda themselves have yet to confirm the game’s existence, it’s a no brainer. We will update you as soon as we hear something new.
