Professor Layton’s and the Last Specter’s ‘London Life’ mode exclusive to the US

Level-5 has announced that Professor Layton and the Last Specter (known in the PAL territories as Professor Layton and the Spectre’s Call) will come packed with a 100-hour US-only bonus RPG called London Life.

London Life allows players to create their own avatar to live in London. They will get to travel around and interact with the city’s inhabitants, performing tasks for them in order to unlock additional areas. It will feature many of the characters seen throughout the Professor Layton series, as well as a number of characters available for download from Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva.

London Life was developed by Brownie Brown, the studio responsible for Nintendo DS title Heroes of Mana and the classic GBA title, Mother 3.

Professor Layton and the Last Specter is set for release on the Nintendo DS October 17 in the US and November 21 in the PAL territories.
