Rumor: Chrono Trigger heading to PSN

If an ESRB listing is any indication, the fan favourite Chrono Trigger will be heading to the PS3 and PSP sometime in the near future.

The JRPG classic was released originally on the SNES in 1994 and was such a hit, that Square had to re-release the game, Twice! Chrono Trigger was included in the PSOne compilation Final Fantasy Chronicles, and also graced the DS later in 2009.

However, there has been no official word from Sony so this is still classified as a rumour. But considering the history behind ESRB leaks and the fan demand for a PSN release, it’s safe to place your money on this one.
