Rumor: Dark Souls DLC in the works

Contrary to what From Software had stated earlier, a source close to the development team has informed EGM that DLC  for the hit Action RPG Dark Souls is on the drawing board. No further details were disclosed regarding the matter.

Dark Souls received great critical and commercial reception when it hit shelves last year. Fans demand more and additional DLC is definitely a viable option. It’s also worth mentioning that the developer had trademarked ‘Yami No Mori’ sometime last year, which directly translates to ‘Forest of Darkness’ or ‘Dark Forest’. However, we wouldn’t jump to conclusions just yet and it’s better we take this with a grain of salt. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we hear an official word .
