Rumor: MGS Rising releasing on July 3rd in the US

GameStop has just listed up Metal Gear Solid: Rising which will supposedly release on July 3rd in the US.

This comes as a bit of a surprise as Kotaku had earlier reported that the game will not ship anytime before 2012. But GameStop is known to be a reliable source for release dates.

Konami has yet to issue an official date and we will update you when they do. But considering that only a single trailer has been shown so far, don’t get your hopes up too much.
