Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclock announced for the 3DS

Back in E3 2010, Nintendo had revealed that Atlus is currently developing three new titles for Nintendo’s 3DS. The latest issue of Famitsu has shed some light on one of those projects. Shin Megami Tensei:Devil Survivor Overclock is going to be a remake of Devil Summoner for the 3DS. Apart from just sporting 3D support, the remake will also include several notable improvements over the DS game. They are:-

• Higher resolution graphics
• Full voice acting
• Over 150 demons
• 8th day added to the scenario

The game is around 90% complete and hopefully, we will see in launch along with the handheld on western shores. The original Devil Survivor has received great critical reception and the remake would make a splendid launch title.
