Steam Trading goes live

Valve’s new Steam Trading feature for the Steam client, which opened for beta testing just under a month ago, has been made ready and is now live.
The feature allows Steam users to trade in-game items and gift games between one another. During the beta, only in-game items from Team Fortress 2 were supported. However, now that the feature is live, Steam Trading allows users to swap items within Team Fortress 2, Portal 2, and Sega’s Spiral Knights.
Valve is currently reaching out to other developers to get trading support for other games. Valve expects several more games to allow trading within the coming months.
