Why Uncharted 3 will be the Best PS3 Exclusive Ever

Uncharted 3 was revealed yesterday, in case you don’t have a PS3 or haven’t played Uncharted 1 and 2, let me tell you something, it’s one of the most powerful franchises to have released this gen. Uncharted 2 was pretty much perfect with a shining Metacritic score of 96. How can they possibly improve Uncharted 3? You must be wondering.

Well, we at Gamersmint are here to help you. We have got a ton of ideas which we feel needs to be implemented in the game in order to make it the best PS3 exclusive ever and based on the current information, we also tell you as to why Uncharted 3 is looking so awesome already.

Before we get to that, here is a list of what we want in Uncharted 3.

Things we want in Uncharted 3

1)  Campaign co-op:

Uncharted 2 had 3 player coop, but we couldn’t finish the main game with a buddy. The coop was pretty amazing though, a separate objective with 3 people and relying on teamwork was brilliant and we hope both types of coop are included in Uncharted 3 but this time, in the campaign mode too.

2)  Split Screen

We need this, all good games have this functionality. It is amazing to have a guest at home and play the best looking games together, chilling out in a couch. Don’t you agree?

3)  Better boss fights

How many of you hated the last boss fight? We request Naughty Dog to put more innovative boss fights than just running around and gunning. UC 2 seriously lacked in this dept and apart from that Mountain boss fight, the game didn’t offer much variation or innovation in terms of epic boss battles. Uncharted 3 seriously needs to improve upon this if it really wants to be counted among the very best.

4)  More exploration

Uncharted 2 was as linear as it comes, but with a desert setting we hope there will be more exploration elements, think about all those caves and ruins that you might be able to explore. A more diverse level-design and environment will go a long way in making the experience, the very best.

5) Better weapons

Who doesn’t want better weapons? The second game had a lot of weapons and most of them were based on real life models and were fun to use, but unique ones? Very less, so we hope Naughty Dog puts in more excellent weapons and animations complementing them. A rocket launcher and scorpion killer? WANT!
