Xbox 360 System Update Preview hints at an “updated” disc format

Major Nelson is inviting 360 gamers to participate in its System Update Preview program.
Microsoft is conducting a survey to improve the Xbox 360 disc format to make the 360 experience more enjoyable and user-friendly. The survey is free of course, and participants will also stand a chance to win some free copies of Halo:Reach along with various other rewards.
“We are conducting an open call for US based participants* for a public preview to help us prepare for an updated Xbox 360 disc format.”
Users will be required to sign in with their Windows Live ID that is linked to their gamertag and will receive a confirmation mail after completing the survey. Here’s the scoop:
- We’re looking for multiple thousands of participants, so your chances of making it in are good.
- This opportunity is open to Xbox LIVE Members in US region only.To avoid any problems, read the survey carefully and double check all the information you provide.
- While both Xbox LIVE Gold and Silver members can sign up, priority will be given to Gold members in the selection process.
