Xbox Live Arcade House Party event announced

Microsoft announced the Xbox Live Arcade House Party in the wake of its CES 2011 press event.

The event will see five brand new Xbox Arcade releases which includes the popular RPG, Torchlight and the classic Beyond Good and Evil in its HD avatar.

The House party starts off on Feb 16 and will debut with the release of Hard Corps Uprising and a prequel to the Contra series.

The other two releases are Bejeweled Blitz and Full House Poker.

No dates have been announced save for the first two titles yet but they will be released over the course of the next few weeks once the event kicks off.
